On The Scene Productions (OTSP) and ICE Portal (ICE) have formed a strategic partnership to accelerate the use of broadcast quality video on the Internet by the travel and tourism industry. The partnership is timed to leverage two simultaneous trends: the exploding consumer appetite for web-based video; and, the overwhelming consumer reliance on the Internet for their travel and tourism decision-making.
